DR. UGRADAR IN SURGERY

THE PROCEDURES

What the practice offers.

01

Endoscopic brow surgery / brow reset

Repositioning a descended brow through small incisions hidden in the hairline — restoring openness to the upper face without an over-lifted look. Minimal scarring compared with a traditional brow lift, and a technique Dr. Ugradar teaches internationally.

02

Blepharoplasty

Upper and lower eyelid surgery to address excess skin, hooding, and puffiness. The aim is a rested, natural eye shape — never a changed identity. Blepharoplasty may be cosmetic, functional (when skin obstructs vision), or both; the consultation clarifies which applies.

03

Ptosis repair

Correcting a drooping upper eyelid caused by a weakened or stretched lifting muscle — from mild asymmetry to complex, previously-operated cases. Often combined with blepharoplasty when appropriate.

04

Eyelid malposition & retraction repair

Restoring lids that turn outward (ectropion), inward (entropion), or sit too high or low — including retraction related to thyroid eye disease or prior surgery. These are functional problems that also change appearance; repair addresses both.

05

Revision eyelid surgery

A core focus of the practice: unsatisfactory results, complications, asymmetry, or over-resection after prior eyelid surgery. Revision demands conservative judgment and meticulous technique, and many of these patients arrive by referral from other surgeons

06

Orbital & reconstructive surgery

Surgery of the eye socket — including orbital decompression for thyroid eye disease, reconstruction after trauma or tumor removal, and staged reconstruction for complex problems.
